With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Andrew brings a rare combination of academic depth, practical expertise, and genuine passion to every project.
Andrew holds a Bachelor’s degree in Classical History from Queen’s University and a Master’s degree from the University of Ottawa. Complementing his academic background, he earned a Diploma in Fish and Wildlife from Sir Sandford Fleming College, aligning his formal education with his lifelong interests in landscaping, arboriculture, and ecological stewardship.
Known for his thoughtful approach and attention to detail, Andrew leads Georgian Bay Garden with a focus on long-term plant health, site-specific solutions, and exceptional client service. His work is grounded in both horticultural science and real-world experience, ensuring landscapes that are not only beautiful, but sustainable and well cared for.
Andrew lives in the countryside of Duntroon with his two young children, surrounded by gardens, chickens, and plenty of trees. As a family, they enjoy camping, biking, soccer, and spending time outdoors, fostering a deep appreciation for nature and wildlife that naturally carries into Andrew’s professional work.
